I read this book as my daughter was being bullied in school. It is interesting as this reinforced that she was being bullied, and we weren't just being over-protective parents. It was also reassuring that the steps proven to work to counteract bullying behaviour were implemented immediately by the school as soon as we brought it to their attention. An excellent theoretical analysis on bullying, especially the part on Gender Differences in the Theoretical Perspectives section.
