Imagine asking your Loved one to move in to isolation because doctor said so, isn't that painful? Well many of us might have experienced similar emotions during current period of pandemic. Also imagine a home maker on whom every one is dependent for household chores falling prey to pandemic! that too when her husband is already hospitalized for breath problems. How disturbing it could be? The hell breaks loose on Author when she is diagnosed with Covid positive disease amidst her husband hospitalised for breathing problems. Imagine the pain of seperation of a mother from two kids. Panicked as she was, she didn't allow her emotions to cloud her better judgement instead utilised the quarantine time for rejuvenating and reinventing herself, hence the name of Book "Quarantine Rejuvenate me".The Author vents her emotions as wife, mother, daughter-in-law and home maker through her words. When you have nothing to do for 26 days, you look back at your life, you meditate on what you gained and lost during the period, you also enjoy some of the Me-time you desperately longed for. Those who suffered from this deadly disease during these times can correlate their experience with Author.

In this book she provides us beautiful insights on how to figure out the opportunities in disguise and make the most of them. The book is adorned with some really magical affirmations that if practiced religiously, one is sure to unlock the abundance. I feel women out there can smoothly relate to this book.

QOTD: Do you believe in the ‘law of attraction’?

Book Quarantine Rejuvenate Me : A journey from negativity to positivity
Author: Archana Vashistha Sharma
Publisher: Notion Press
Genre: Personal Transformation
Format: Paperback
Pages: 102
Rating: 4/5

This book is the soulful journey of Author from being Corona Positive to Self discovery. She has very well penned down how her 26 days of quarantine was an emotional roller coaster for her from feeling dejected and hopeless to finding hope and happiness. This book is the very outcome of those days spend in isolation. The book not only shows the wounds but also the healing journey and self discovery and awakening.
“You can’t lose the race without fighting for it. Wear your clothes of positivity, put on your shoes of strength and see the world of opportunity that is waiting for you.”
“The biggest fear of an independent person is to become dependent on others for the smallest of things.”
Author has quoted many famous saying. Presenting one here :
‘Loneliness is the biggest illness’

The language is really easy and lucid. Writing style is really engaging and very clear. Narrations are vivid and heart touching that .at a point, tears rolled down my eyes and I could feel a lump forming in my throat when I read about how her kids were reacting to her quarantine. The handmade drawings and images really help the reader to connect more with the book. I really appreciated the way book is structured in chapters and how content is arranged in form of points at places. Important terms and quotes are highlighted to emphasize the importance.

The Author has placed a deep emphasis on the ‘Law of attraction’. She read the famous book ‘Secret’ during quarantine and vouches everything the book teaches. I have added to book to my TBR too. The poetry at places really touched my soul. Here are few lines from the poem:
‘ME
Because no one else can dance my dance,
No one else can sing my song,
No one else can live my moment,’

The cover page is so cute and captivating. Title resonates the theme of the book. The quality of pages and printing is really good. The font size, style, spacing and formatting are also good.

If you are looking for a small read which gives ray of hope with a lot of food for thoughts, you would love this book! I look forward to read more from the author.

‘Tough times don’t last, tough people do’.

If I go a little back in time, it shudders me to even imagine if I were there in place of the author. Perhaps I couldn’t have found my way out the way she did. For it takes enormous amount of mental strength coupled with emotional and physical well being to solely deal with covid19. And blessed are those who are surrounded by their loved ones in some way or the other. Indeed one has to undergo on their own but if backed with bunch of extremely positive people for moral support, one is ought to recover speedily.

‘Quarantine Rejuvenate Me’ is penned by a woman who happen to have fallen into the clutches of covid19 and attempts to influence the readers with her miraculously positive mind set. She narrates the battles she fought and sets example for every woman who feels tired and is on the verge of giving up.

In this book she provides us beautiful insights on how to figure out the opportunities in disguise and make the most of them. The book is adorned with some really magical affirmations that if practised religiously, one is sure to unlock the abundance. I feel women out there can smoothly relate to this book.

An inspiring read about quarantine

Corona had brought so much pain and miseries to people’s lives. But, on the other side, many people had got an opportunity to learn about themselves, bring out their best, and explore the true strength in themselves. The story revolves around the main protagonist, “a house maker” who was already facing medical issues. And then, one day she and her husband both test positive for Covid. Being a mother, wife, and daughter-in-law and having to face the troubles of being isolated with a constant fear of what is upcoming and what will happen in the future. The story covers the different obstacles she faces and the struggles she overcomes throughout her journey.

🌸This book is based on a true incident, a mother of two get infected with Covid-19 disease, due to which she had to spend a lot of time in isolation, which was very tough for herself.🌸

🌸She wrote this book during her isolation period and she penned this many things like how she spent his isolation period, her life's struggle.🌸

🌸I think everyone can relate to her situation. She has gone through a lot, I can't imagine the mental trauma she has faced.🌸

🌸How her life has changed after marriage, overall a roller coaster ride of emotions. Enjoyed reading this book & recommend it to everyone reading this post.🌸

Happy Reading 😊

📖 This book is a kind of memoir and is all about Archana's journey in this Covid situation. The journey of positivity and self-discovery while she and her family was facing the positive result of the Covid virus. This is about her 26 days quarantine period in her home but still away from her family and kids. A book for those who are facing and have struggled through their mental health and healing process. A very short read yet left with impact. This book is not for only the people who are struggling through this period but for every woman who should give this a read for self-discovery and take notes from her memoir.

📖 The book is filled with positivity and drawings related to that topic at the beginning of each chapter. Certain chapters are on the topics of spirituality, positivity, abundance, and life lessons. As it's a memoir written in this tough phase of everyone's life, I won't complain more about the contents or the author's approach. But some negative points I have found reading this book: one is the excessive use of 'you know what' and 'guess what' phrases which might make the contents dull and monotonous. And the other one is poor editing of the book, the publisher should give it a check and perform a proper re-edit, as sometimes poor edit put a reader in a reading slump. But as a whole everyone should give this a read.
Hope you will love reading this book. Until then, happy reading.
