Great refresh of principles and validation of practices - it’s a reference book at the end of the day so meets the needs of the reader.

The content of the book is quite bimodal; the references to other works under each area of knowledge required by a Change Manager is great with high quality sources. However the actual content itself is banal and lacks any sort of insight or commentary about the topics involved. Instead it provides surface level statements that act more as reminders
