It was about a pigeon called Goldie that was Danny grandad´s pet.Goldie was in a race and didn't come back. Danny went to see his grandad at the hospital because of a heart attack. His grandad asked him about Goldie, but Danny told him a lie so that he didn't get another heart attack. After that, Danny went to look for Goldie. Then, he found him. Unfortunately, it had a broken leg. At home, he put him in a shoe box to sleep. The next day, it was feeling better and his grandad came from the hospital. He saw his pigeon and was proud of it.
I liked this story because it was very happy at the end.

I thought this book was great.i am very passionate when it comes to animals especially pups and this book has taught me what to do if a pet pigeon breaks a bone.i couldn't get my eyes off this thrilling book and I hope whoever read it felt the same.i love treetops books and their creativity.
