Resources from the A+ Video Mentor, as well as instructional videos, provide just the instruction you need. You can then test your knowledge again to ensure that you've learned the material and are ready for the exam. This service prepares the user for the A+ exams. This retail packaged version includes a unique user access code as well as instructions on how to access the Cert Prep Online service. Once opened, this access kit cannot be returned for a refund. The access code inside is valid for one-time use during online registration, and cannot be transferred.
