not the best book in the understanding series, i only got half way through, i read the one dated 2000 i think ? i wonder if theres an updated version ? i found all the colours and pictures too bright and noisy and for my kind of stress irrelivent. maybe it'll be more useful to someone else ? i personally didnt like it

Everything you'd like to know about stress. First is to have the right mindset about stress. Block out some stressors and manage the ones that cannot be avoided. Recommended for the 21st century working parents.
