Helpful and gives you a better understanding

This book gives you a better understanding of the keto diet. I love the receipes. The tips at the end also help all five. Get enough sleep, drink water, increase your electrolytes, remind yourself why you are doing this or what is important and to do activities that can reduce stress.

Not 50...

The Keto Diet has helped me to lose weight and lower my A1C. But, I was running running out of recipes. These book has recipes that I hadn't seen before and I'm very happy that I found it! 🤗🤗

Watching weight doesn't mean have bad food

And doing it after 50 doesn't mean you look dowdy while doing it. These diets keep you healthy and lean so I recommend you follow at least some of it.
