I really liked this book, it is the sort of symplistic crap that nobody gives any credit for, but does the job of helping you understand what the subject is about. I personally decided to exchange some of the big authors books I had at home for this sort of reading because no matter how much you wanna make corporate finance such a big deal, at the end of the day is just 1+1=2.
