Lady Luck
Upswing: Lady Luck Book Two
The world's greatest antiheroes return in this wild ride packed with action, dark desire, and obsession.
Lady Luck never gives. She only lends…
And Emilia Fox isn’t borrowing a damn thing. The leader of Downswing just keeps taking her hits. Abducted by the world’s most notorious assassin group - known only as Maman – she suffers both physical and psychological torture until she barely knows who she is, let alone how long she’s been imprisoned. Emilia wants nothing more than to let her already questionable sanity just slip away. There is only one thing that is keeping her from giving in and giving up- her unfinished business with Korol, king of the Russian mafia that began nearly four years ago. Being a prisoner of Maman makes Emilia realize she possesses the key to winning the battle with Korol… but it may mean giving up the last piece of herself that makes her feel human.
And suddenly, it’s not a question of if she will escape Maman’s clutches and return to Downswing to end Korol’s reign once and for all...It’s a matter of when.
But the devil’s own luck is rotten to the core
It’s been two months since Emilia Fox was abducted and Viktor Orlov can’t decide what’s worse. The fact that his boss- his obsession- was abducted from right beneath his nose… or the fact that he must accept the help of their mortal enemy, Korol, to save her. As time goes on and Emilia still isn’t found, the world is forced to wait with bated breath to see the wrath of Russia’s most feared enforcer. Viktor didn’t earn the nickname D’yavol- The Devil- for nothing. He will bring down the full wrath of the devil if his Emilia isn’t found… and soon.
The devil will set the world aflame and bathe in the ashes without his queen by his side.
As secrets come to light, enemies become allies, and the world is turned upside down, the criminal underworld watches and waits. Can Emilia Fox rise from the ashes of her imprisonment to take her rightful place on her throne…
Or will she let the fire of insanity consume her?
Upswing is the second book in the Lady Luck series. There are explicit sexual scenes, obscene language, and graphic descriptions of general badassery. Please read with caution. And an adult beverage.

4 books43 followersBonjour!
You're either going to love my crazy cast of characters and want to be their BFF's or you're going to LOATHE them ENTIRELY. Either way, you're thinking about us and that's what we REALLY wanted all along.
:insert evil laughter here:
:chokes on air:
:coughs incessantly:
:calms down:
... I'm fine.
Yo! I write as JJ Anatoliy and at present, I am working on the Lady Luck series, a Mafia thriller romance. Though, some will more than likely argue that the romance is a little bit on the... edgier side of things. Which is cool- who wants sappy, mushy, squishy love? I mean, don't ask anyone other than me. Otherwise that line won't work.
... I also happen to be a smidge weird.
I will be writing Mafia romance/thrillers, m/m romance and delving into the kinkier side of things with m/m erotica featuring puppy play, BDSM and other fun goodies.
If you are one who doesn't love a full cast of diverse characters from every kind of background, sexual orientation, skin color, and religion... my work is not for you. But if you love humans who work together to be the most badass, confident, crazy version of themselves they can...
We'll get along juuuuuuust fine.

Is there going to be a book 3 of Lady Luck? Continuation of Emilia and her rage to murder her father? Sure would like to know. These two books were great! Still have to read the prequels
