This book has tons of ideas for young learners to use. It has really fun ideas for games that will develop and sharpen division skills. Most of the materials required can also be found around the house (Ex. egg carton, index cards, coins)
Although this book is written for children to use, I can see myself using it as a teaching resource to get ideas from. I think that I would provide the materials and encourage my students to create the games for the classroom math center. They might be more enthusiastic about playing something that they have created themselves.
This book will also help students build their knowledge of math terms and vocabulary. They will also get to explore a different style of writing as they read the instructions to create new games.
