Sweet love story in a fascinating future

The setting of this book was absolutely fascinating! What if a huge social media network literally ruled the world after traditional governments have disintegrated? I enjoyed how the book was not about teens/young adults (nothing wrong with that; I just enjoyed reading about adults with history and baggage and complicated families). I'm not really into romance but I enjoyed it anyway.
