Carol has always had a passion for science. She taught integrated science for two years in her home country of Guyana. After interacting with her own children, she identified the need for a children’s science book series. Carol enjoys spending time with her family. Her hobbies are crafting props for events and painting. Her goal is to leave a legacy of hope and aspirations by infl uencing our young minds with positivity. Carol lives in Valley Stream, N.Y.

This book is super cute! It explains a science term in an understandable way for kids. I really like the concept as this book is a great tool for kids to learn about science in a fun way. The illustrations are very child friendly. I think all kids should get Carol Basdeo's Science Corner books, a great read!

Love the illustrations! The author does a great job of keeping the reading material light and easy to read for the younger audiences!
