The Ministry of Restrictive Persons
A group of off world beings are tasked with keeping a company of convicted criminals safely in outer space.
The environment is calm. Everything is respectfully controlled within an ornately peaceful surrounding.
But then, mysteriously, three people escape. They come back to the earth. But, not as they were expecting.
The idea for their release comes from the brother of a convicted man and, once it was done, the truth and brilliance behind his altruistic move becomes a clear danger to all.
