Lisa's oldest daughter, Becky, is married and lives with her own family; her next-oldest, Abigail, is married as well and Lisa's youngest, Brittany, is a high school junior. Lisa and her husband Mario have been married for 13 years.

Lisa and Mario were foster parents for a number of years. They fostered the county's foster children in their home.They opened their family, home and hearts to help children have better lives.
