Very insightful

This is the very first time I finally realized what has been my problem my entire life!
After years of therapy and reading numerous books on childhood trauma, self-esteem, and all sorts, I was starting to lose hope as I couldn't resonate entirely within many of the symptoms and behaviours present in many other disorders. That's when I heard about the term love addict that I decided to research and found this book.
The whole book could have been written by myself as I went through very similar experiences, never understanding why and therefore getting stuck in the unknown.
Finally it's clear. Now I have to start the healing journey, this time fully aware though.
Thank you so much for writing this book. There aren't many out there on this topic.

Good!

Good first hand accounts. Saw a lot of myself in the book. Wish there were more recovery resources throughout, rather than a list at the end.
