I've had this for a few years now and once in awhile I will take it out and get Zen. This is a great gift for the hippie chick in your life or someone whom you think may benefit from some deep breathing. It comes with flash cards and yoga CDs to listen too, as well as a little booklet of nutritious options and ways to have an in home spa retreat. A nice reminder to slow down.
