This I LOVE! To be honest, I felt frustrated and dissatisfied with food because I did one diet after another, including diets that were not "diets" but changes in lifestyle, and nothing made me satisfied or healthy. Food, exercise, weight, all can cause some serious mental and emotional issues, and this book takes off the strain. I'm doing eating so much better than I have in a long time.
