Life is meant to be lived which is the inspiration to Richard’s journey through life. He has spent more than 20 years developing strategic marketing growth strategies for non-profits, private organizations, media marketing agencies, real estate developers, and fintech innovators across the globe.

With three books to his name, he’s always on the lookout for the next story to tell; fiction or non-fiction. Now, he travels the globe presenting to student leadership groups, associations, and companies on the importance of strong teams, personal passions, and the future of marketing.

He has run for office twice and now serves the Alzheimer’s Association as the Iowa Chapter’s Board Chairperson. He holds a degree in public relations from the University of Northern Iowa and lives in Iowa with his husband Steve, daughter and pup.
