Rittenhouse does an excellent job of telling stories that make the people and events surrounding the Christian radio ministry of SIM and TWR in West Africa come alive. What happened in Liberia and Benin demonstrates the way Africans and expatriates are working together to meet the unique challenges of using radio to reach oral cultures.
