Do you constantly lack the fire of motivation to achieve your goals? You can not move forward without permanent incentives?

The idea is to cut the connection between feelings and actions and do what is necessary in any case . You will feel good and energetic afterward.
The consequences are enormous.
Simply put, you don't have to wait until you reach the Olympic form to start training. Self motivation techniques for exercise work less and less over time. On the contrary, it is necessary to exercise to achieve an Olympic shape.
