Easy and quick for anyone to read, it's like a children's book. However, it's deep and caring. It's "old" but endlessly relevant. And, basically I felt like this was an excellent guided meditation language/wording.

I'm amazed this was published in the 80s as it still resonates today.

Could have been captured in a simple poem or collection of poems, the painting didn't do anything for me, but the message was still important.
