This book could have been so much better if the pictures were used to effectively demonstrate what he was talking about in the text. For example, on one page he talks about how dolphins have a blowhole, but the dolphins shown on that page are at an angle that doesn't show their blowholes--and a few pages later there is a great picture of a dolphin's blowhole. In general, the pictures weren't arranged in a way to help illustrate the words, even if they were impressive pictures.
