Mike Fuljenz began writing by being the editor, with his lawyer father, of the newsletter for the Southwest Louisiana Coin Club. He then was chosen to author a column called "Mike's Musings" for Numismatic News, a leading hobby publication.
In the 1980's he authored a coin market analysis column for the American Numismatic Association's Magazine, The Numismatist.
In the early 1990's he wrote a precious metals column for the Houston Post.
Mr. Fuljenz has had articles published in the Coin Dealer Newsletter, Coinage Magazine and The Numismatist to name a few. He has been interviewed in Coin World, Numismatic News, Coinage and many investment newsletters. He has been quoted in the New York Times and USA Today.
He has contributed to leading price guides like the Redbook, Bluebook, Insider's Guide and Coin Dealer Newsletter.
UCB's President has published four books on gold coins covering Type II and Type III $20 Liberties as well as $2 ½ and $10 Indian Gold Coins. Three of these books won Numismatic Literary Guild Awards.

For those interested in Double Eagles this is a great guide with date and mint details galore plus the authors recommendations (take them or not).
