A Must Read
This book was a great, easy read. This story is one that is easily relatable to for anyone, especially those suffering or those that know someone suffering from mental illness. Kerri shares her darkest moments and shares her progression throughout her life. This story is full of raw experiences, common struggles, and gives the readers a sense of hope for anyone struggling with mental illness that they too can come out of the darkness and into the light. Let this book be an inspiration to you or someone you know. Read it, share it, and, together, let’s change the way society looks at mental illness.

Normally I do consider romance in my reading fair, but Trevor and your love was sweet and the long-distance aspect is truly a blessing. Long-distance can often a deal-breaker. I will let the readers see what love can do. Thanks for a great story. Loved it!

One of the most powerful books I have read in a long time. Something like this takes tremendous strength of character to write. I know someone who is a survivor and before reading this book I struggled to see her perspective. Reading this has given me genuine insight which I think will help me to be a better friend. I would just like to thank author Kerri Gardner for having the courage to write and share her words. Respect to you.
