TIldaWave celebrates Breast Cancer Awareness month. Olivia Newton-John's career has spanned decades! She burst onto the scene in the 1970s as Sandy in the smash movie-musical "Grease." Musically, she spawned numerous top ten hits including the 80's aerobic anthem "Physical." The '90s, however, marked one of her biggest life achievements-- surviving breast cancer. Since then, Olivia has become a Female Force in the battle against breast cancer, bringing awareness and education to the forefront! TIldaWave is working one-on-one with the superstar! This issue will also feature a resource guide for breast cancer. Also, a portion of the proceeds will be going to ONJ's charity.

The Tribute: Olivia Newton-John comic book is a great team effort. It involves writer Sandra Ruckdeschel, the forward by Michael Frizell, and the illustrators Alessandro Miracolo and Pablo Martinena. From the amazing cover to the well-written pages of expert pencils, letters, and popping color, there is much to appreciate here.

Writer Sandra C. Ruckdeschel spotlights Olivia Newton-John as the icon she was and always will be in the 34 pages. The book integrates information about breast cancer into the pages to educate readers, in addition to paying homage to the legend’s many career accomplishments. If this comic can bring more awareness to the disease, wow, how powerful that is. I was gifted this book in return for an honest review.

I learned so much about Olivia Newton-john. I was a huge Grease fan. I honestly had no idea that her and John Travolta did another movie together.
