Published to coincide with the exhibition Issey Miyake Making Things presented at the Fondation Cartier pour l'art contemporain in Paris between 13 October 1998 and 28 February 1999, this book offers an impressive overview of the most current works by Issey Miyake. It offers a wealth of information and commentary about the clothes, the materials, the techniques, the manufacturing process and the fundamental ideas behind the work of this major creative figure of the 20th century.
Various is the correct author for any book with multiple unknown authors, and is acceptable for books with multiple known authors, especially if not all are known or the list is very long (over 50).
If an editor is known, however, Various is not necessary. List the name of the editor as the primary author (with role "editor"). Contributing authors' names follow it.
Note: WorldCat is an excellent resource for finding author information and contents of anthologies.
Issey Miyake is a really interesting person. His thoughts about fashion are totally applicable to architecture. It is pleasant and scary at the same time how design is interrelated. His pieces are so beautiful and provocative and he is a prolific designer and maker.
