The reason why I decided not to rate this book is I don't know. The information in this book is valuable and important. My main problem was author's writing style. I am at the phase when I read a lot of books, not just kink, and sometimes it happens that I can't enjoy how a book is written. Perhaps some one else will like or even love author's writing style. Unfortunately, I am not the one :(
