I enjoyed this book. It had everything: love, bondage, fantasies, a tiny plot and, except for being a little far fetched, it was fun to read.
The opening is almost exactly the same as Perfect Slave by the same author. Niels Norstrum, a wealthy businessman, takes over a smaller company and calls the staff into a large auditorium. There, while telling them the details of the take over, he momentarily locks eyes with Julia, one of hundreds in the room. But that's all he needs, because Niels Norstrum has "BDSM Radar" and can pick out submissive women even in a crowded room.
Julia has had several failed relationships because she cannot face or communicate her desires to be submissive. She constantly fantasizes about being a slave and having a master but is afraid to do anything to satisfy them. She needs a strong man to make her his slave. Julia's fantasy comes true when Niels Norstrum invites her to dinner - without ever meeting her. His limousine picks her up and takes her to his mansion for an incredible dinner. Afterward he forces her to admit that she's been sexually unfulfilled and confront her secret desires to be a willing and submissive sex slave. She's amazed by his insight and moves into his home to become his private slave.
Being a billionaire, anything is possible for Niels Norstrum. He has a kinky staff to control and teach the new slaves. He owns several homes with rooms dedicated to BDSM where he can train and play with the slaves. And his wealthy friends have organized a secret society where they share the slaves with each other or loan them to friends for sexual use. It's good to be rich.
I could totally believe that Julia is a natural at being a slave. Niels and his assistant Birgit take great care to introduce her slowly to the world of BDSM. They show her new ideas slowly so she has a chance to absorb and understand them without being scared away. In the first encounter she is asked to masturbate. Then she witnesses a slave heavily bound and enjoying it. Then she is introduced to light bondage and later light discipline. Along the way she is seduced by a woman and shown the joys of sapphic love. All the while being seduced to the joys of Submission and having the greatest orgasms of her life.
There is talk about punishments and whippings but very little actually happens in this part of the story. We learn about a secret society where wealthy families exchange fully trained slaves. As the book progresses and Julia awakens to her hidden sexuality, she realizes that she's always been submissive and desperately wants to join the society as a slave. She wants to be trained to serve Niels Norstrum, her master
