This book is about a brand-new form of psychology that looks not at what we "are," but at the dynamics involved in all our being and above all the choices we make, unwittingly, moment by moment. It is a revolutionary view of human nature, and a challenge to the reader to face up to the roods of his or her own behavior. Sex, ambition, religion, money, food fads, politics and many other subjects are covered.
It is not very scientific but it is a very interesting way to look at the mind, it's not practical psychology, it's more conceptual psychology, on the verge of philosophy. Though the writing could be more engaging.
