This book is dedicated to educating on improving one's financial situation through understanding how different aspects of the financial world works and how to use them to your advantage. Over the years, I have taught many classes in my area and still continue to do this as I love to help, teach, and empower people to live a better tomorrow. I am on a radio show called Money Talk and get the pleasure of sharing over the airwaves. I also have many friends and colleagues in the different fields that join me in sharing our knowledge to change people's lives and help make them more self sustainable.I hope that the information contained in this book will continue to do just that.
