Brilliant book, packed with information. I learned more about diabetes in the first few chapters of reading this, than I have done in the first few years of living with the condition. highly recommended reading it whether you're looking to build a better body or not. if you're a personal trainer this is a must.

Very disappointing and very expensive for what you get. Constantly referring you to the authors website for more information and surprise surprise it's a membership subscription site. This book contains some bad advice, is poorly written and full of spelling and grammatical errors. Save your money and avoid.

Very useful book. Good technical explanation of body processes. A little too focused on body building and not enough on general fitness.

Very informative and accessible text on fitness and diabetes. Have yet to look at the referenced training website and resources within, but think that will provide even greater detail.
