This was a quick overview of the Tiger/Crane form found in Hung Gar Kung Fu. There was a quick explanation of the striking hands (tiger claw, crane's beak, phoenix-eyed fist, leopard's paw). The form was broken down in its entirety and application was shown with 268 pictures for each sequence. This book is ok; published in 1982 there are many other resources (like YouTube tutorials) that could help the self-study practitioner of Hung Gar Kung Fu. Thanks!
