The first of a four volume system, this is an ideal tool for medical students and non-specialist doctors working in rural areas where patient referral is impractical or impossible. Focusing on obstetric and gynecological methods, the book provides coverage of such problems as Caesarean section, the release of pus from infected areas, the control of bleeding, hernias, and hepatitis B. It also furnishes information on some less common difficulties, and includes a helpful section on the organization of the operating room as well as a detailed equipment list. Previously published volumes in the series include Trauma and Primary Anaesthesia .
This. is. the lousiest textbook I ever read! Must have been written in the prehistoric times. I don't even know whether i ever read even 50% of it. Anyhow, I advise you not to read it
