Though this book is lacking in writing, it makes up for it in its illustrations that accompany every entry. More a buyers guide and less a book, "The book of Games Volume1", despite not that important of information in its introductions, is still a read that, though I don't highly recommend, I would still consider checking it out... especially for someone who is looking to stock up on games and a needs a helpful guide to direct them to their next interactive-past-time.
