My edition says by Eva Weber. A knowledgable and well presented book. Knowing far more about Georgia O'Keeffe this book gave me an excellent perspective on her husband's achievements in photography and the art world.

The first to take certain kinds of photos successfully eg a snowstorm, his mission to obtain acceptance for photography as an art form, his introduction of modern art to America, his galleries, his portraits of Georgia and his Equivalents among other achievements. It was good to see an example of his abstract Equivalents in Santa Fe when going to see Georgia O'Keeffe's work.
He was an early user of the hand-held camera for serious photography. His obsession paid off. He took 'perhaps a thousand views from his window at all times of the day, under varying weather conditions and at different exposures.' A creative example for modern day aspiring photographers......
