This book provides an introduction to teaching video games, offering practical advice on classroom approaches and reference to critical and theoretical writing. This guide links the study of video games to the key concepts, includes detailed case studies of a range of video games, and summarises educational research.
I got about half-way through with this book and decided I would much rather be reading other stuff right now. The book is published by British educators and is meant for other educators and so is not as interesting as I would have liked it to be. C'mon, it's about video games, liven up! This should be a fun, quick read, but for me it was too dry and slow.
