This book was an adequate, if not phenomenal, resource for ideas in preparing the kids for school. I originally looked at it in order to get tips for getting my daughter ready for kindergarten, but found just as many ideas for preparing my son for preschool. The chapters are effectively divided into subheadings, so that it is easy to peruse and find specific topics of interest. Included are checklists to assess current situations as well as scenarios and ideas for improving different areas.
