a page turner
From the get go, you are drawn into the characters and their adventures, so much so that you have to remind yourself that you are in a different world, yet one quite familiar.
This world, of course, is a world of cats, very much like our world of people.
Once the characters draw you in, you can't help flip the pages. An entertaining read, you want to find out what's next, and what mysteries are revealed about the origins of the cat species and what's so special about orange cats.
Both exciting and sad, the novel takes you back to a time in your life when you read material like "Where the Red Fern Grows" or "Brave New World".
