I enjoyed the history in this book, and some of the recipes, but I think this book is for gardeners far more ambitious than I am. I'm the kind of person who plants something, and then waters it when the dirt looks dry. If you're into mulching, fertilizing, pollinating, and designing gardens though, I think you could have fun with this.
