fantastic book

This book is so useful and practical. It’s not just about eliminating negative thinking but actually processing negative feelings in a healthy way. The book reviews simple good lifestyle habits that changes your outlook. Love this definitely recommend.

A bit too simplistic for me. Had a few things in there that I enjoyed but definitely not one I will read again

Helpful book with lots of handy techniques. I relaly like the tools they give you. And they are honest in that they don't promise youl miraculously never have anxiety again.
