A really, REALLY useful guide to anyone who is interested in particular rights to which all U.S medical patients are entitled. I was very surprised to learn about many of them! After finishing most chapters I found myself thinking "wow...I bet hardly anybody knows they don't have to put up with that!" And not to sound like too much of a homer...but for the price (about $18 new), this is practically a must-own book! Could be kept around as a resource, or read by those inclined to learn about Health Care, Health Law, or Human Rights in the U.S.
