The bad: nothing of note.
The good: a broad spectrum and solid book on making the shift to an executive coaching business regardless of your background (HR, management consulting, personal coach). It covers the whole process, from setting standards and a code ethics to workflows, templates, how the coaching process should go (although I do not agree 100% with the super-specific details of session duration and number, the model presented is very useful). The book is very comprehensive, touching on everything from your skillset to governance to customer relations. To re-read.
