May God have mercy on my soul. My 2 last brain cells just died. This journey was exhausting, confusing but in the same time eye opening. Clearly this book isn’t for someone who has no clue about architecture or baroque, and even though I like to think that I know something about this subject I was proven wrong. This book (as the title suggests) shows or rather speculate on whether there’s a link between architecture and philosophy and Borromini’s work. And there probably is, but its not comprehensive by a mere mortal like myself.
