Good book. I had some issues with the way the author interpreted Rabbi Berkowitz's understanding of the Mitzvos. I feel that he wasn't recognizing that in my opinion Rabbi Berkowitz was saying that one of the benefits of the commandments is to train our body physically to be able to resist temptation. The author seemed to be seeing that as the ONLY reason according to Rabbi Berkowitz. That is not my understanding of Rabbi Berkowitz's approach. This was all the way at the end of the book.
