The first published work of Hakim Bey (Peter Lamborn Wilson) when he was 30 years old. If I have my timelines understood correctly this was published early on during his residency in Tehran, Iran. As such, you can see the poems are heavily influenced by persian sufism and many of the concepts that would go on to occupy much of his later work can be found here. A beautiful glimpse into a forgotten intersection of history: beat, hippie, sufi - anarchist.
