Further contributions deal with clinical and pathological staging, imaging diagnostic tools, survival, and outcome after surgery, and adjuvant therapy. In particular the technique of the ileocolon interpositional graft for reconstruction is emphasized. This book is written for gastric surgeons, gastroenterologists, and oncologists. Numerous figures illustrate the different surgical techniques and explain the operative procedure step by step.
