Good quick read. The lessons are
1. Stay calm
2. Communicate all the times with all the people
3. Stay positive, belief in your success, act as you know, but listen to others
4. Work on what you control and say focused on it
5. Reinvent the business, embarace instability (interesting right)

I bought several of these books while in a lovely bookshop in Hong Kong. One can read them in less than 1 hour. There were such chapters as Rising from the Ashes After a Crisis and Restoring Belief in a Struggling Crisis.

I bought two other books in the series and I am looking forward reading them.

I took away some great nuggets of information.
