This is a very informative look at IS/ICT today in business. I particularly enjoyed the historical view the authors have strived to convey to give some context as to the way we use and manage IT today. A few viewpoints however are pure fantasy and not based on real world experience.
4/10 -required reading for MBA program -good detailed information, decent examples -thorough management styles/theories -dry and boring, but good use as reference
