The cover says that the illustrations aren't originals by Ernest Shepard, but you wouldn't know it. The book isn't nursery rhymes, either, which I thought it would be from the cover. Instead, it is a series of games, like guessing the character from his shadow or who likes to eat which food. There are also sections on colors, days of the week, counting, weather, and telling time with an analog clock. Not all the pages have flaps, but there are enough of them.
