i find public policies, difficult to fathom. In these kinds of discussions, about national security, the stakes are extremely high. It is difficult, to on a casual read, assess where established vested interests, are hiding or trying to establish positions, which aren't really support by the facts. From a layman's perspective, much of the discussion, is couched, in a overloaded language, which supports a particular agenda. I probably will need to put more work into, separating out these issues a bit better.
